Camps Overview
The velocity progression camp to our X4 Power Pitching Camp Series. Now you can further your velocity & command by diving deeper into your lower half drive, delivery mechanics, & vector flexation. Develop the impact velocity that hitters hate in our X4 Pro Velocity Pitching Camps. To enroll into these camps, you must have taken an X4 Power Pitching Camp.
➟ WEEK 1
ONBOARDING
>> Week 1 of every X4 Power Pitching Camp is dedicated towards the onboarding process.
>> Must have previously taken an X4 Power Pitching Camp to enroll into this X4 pitching camp series.
>> Records pitcher's analytics, metrics, & biomechanics data.
>> Uploads all data into pitcher's virtual locker for evaluations, assessment planning, & review.
>> Pitchers will train with a VPX Pitching Coordinator whom will utilize their expertise & the data to improve pitchers.
➟ WEEKS 2-5
TRAINING PROCESS
>> After we onboard the pitcher, the next 4 weeks are dedicated towards developing velocity & pitching performance.
>> All data from pitcher's previous X4 Power Pitching Camp will be utilized during this camp.
>> Weeks 2-4 train all the pitching delivery components that develop velocity, delivery efficiency, & lower half drive force.
>> Week 5 is focused upon final assessments, data gathering, & progress evaluations.
>> Pitchers will consistently utilize X4 Pitching Labs, Radar Fx, KOTH Trainers, & VPX Training Harnesses throughout entire 5 week camp.

>> A fully integrated arm care, shoulder & cuff maintenance program, & pitching specific strength is provided with each camp day.
