Camps Overview
X4 Infield Max Camps utilize a data driven infielding platform to train your defensive performance. Develop power throws across the diamond, improved reactionary footwork, & advanced defensive skills that compete against any time constraint. Utilize VPX Infield Coordinators & X4 Fielding Labs to turn yourself into an elite infielder!
➟ WEEK 1
ONBOARDING PROCESS
>> Week 1 of every X4 Infield Max Camp is dedicated towards the onboarding process.
>> Records infielder's analytics, metrics, & biomechanics data.
>> A VPX Infielding Coordinator will utilize their expertise & the onboarding data to formulate the personalized training process.
➟ WEEKS 2-5
TRAINING PROCESS
>> After we onboard, the next 4 weeks are dedicated towards developing elite defensive skills.
>> Weeks 2-4 train all the elite defensive components of transfers, power throws, angles, glovework, footwork, & reaction.
>> Week 5 is focused upon final assessments, data gathering, & progress evaluations.
>> Utilizes a data driven defensive platform focused upon reps & fast paced training.
>> Infielders will consistently utilize X4 Fielding Labs, Radar Fx, & X4 Defensive Timers throughout entire 5 week camp.

PERFORMANCE GAINS
>> Power throws across diamond.
>> Angular reaction, defensive set timing, & defensive awareness.
>> Lower half drive force, GRF, & kinetic chain reaction efficiency.
>> Improved glovework, funneling, & time constraint efficiency.
>> Transfer ratings, flip & lead hand toss efficiency.
>> Overall infield performance for fielding bunts, throwing, & tags.
