PERFORMANCE BREAKDOWN

According to analytical research and scientific theorem, there are only 2 movement issues that cause ALL mechanical and performance deficiencies.

TOP HEAVINESS:  A front shoulder that drives too early. This causes an imbalance in the linear-to-rotational sync - resulting in decreased performance.

 

PREMATURE ROTATION: Rotating the hips before front heel strike is finished. This causes decreased force and energy within the kinetic chain reaction - resulting in decreased velocity and power.

HOW IT PERFORMS:

FUNCTION:  Provides negative and positive sensory feedback towards top heaviness and premature rotation of the hips (as described above).

 

SENSORY FEEDBACK:  Specialized bungee resistance pulls back foot off ground if athlete is top heavy or prematurely rotates - providing sensory feedback with every rep!

 

UNLOCKS: Pitchers gain in pitch velocity, command, angle, and reduced injury risk. Hitters will increase handspeed, exit velocity, and swing plane and efficiency ratings.
