In the game of baseball, if one mechanic is performed incorrectly, the athlete must compensate for this deficiency. This causes players to develop an unbalanced body that never is given a chance to show its true power.

The Baseball Power Core strengthens an athlete’s body to remain at peak performance throughout the entire swing and pitch. This creates a player who can consistently reproduce power mechanics under any type of situation.
